Homi Baroumand is the President & Founder of the company. He is primarily involved with all tax and audit issues. He has had a vast and varied tax experience both in the Public and Private sector. As a Former Senior Tax Auditor for the government, he has conducted numerous full audits for every type of legal entity and individuals. From 1970 through 1980 he was the Chief Financial Executive in charge of International Taxation with Intercontinental Hotels and in 1990 he started his Private Tax Consulting Practice.
Charlotte Baroumand is manager of Bookkeeping, Payroll and all quarterly compliances with IRS & State agencies. She has more than 30 years of experience in Bookkeeping and banking.
